Policies / Expectations
At AwesomeMath Academy, we work with parents and students to create an atmosphere that promotes exemplary education, kind collaboration, and safety. We ask that you review our policies and help support a strong learning environment.
Code of Conduct
As part of the enrollment process you will be asked to acknowledge that both the parent and student have read, understand, and agree to our Code of Conduct. It helps to set the expectations for a positive and collaborative learning environment, so parent support is critical to this process.
Class Tuition Policy
Tuition must be paid in full to attend class. We do not prorate tuition for students who sign up late. We do not offer trial classes nor will we allow a student to attend and pay for specific dates of a class.
A request to cancel enrollment in an AwesomeMath Academy class should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. A refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the request to withdrawal. Our refund policy will depend on when the request is received:
|Withdraw Request Made||REFUND FOR MATH / PHYSICS / CHEMISTRY CLASSES|
|Week before first day of class||$395|
|After first class and before second||$345|
|After second class and before third||$245|
|After third class||No Refund|
NOTE: The refund amounts per the table above are calculated based on the full price of tuition. Actual amounts refunded will reflect any discounts applied.
We do not offer credit toward future semesters if a student is unable to complete the duration of their online course.
To get the most out of the program, students are encouraged to attend every class. The video recordings should not be used in lieu of attending a live class. They are there for students who had to miss a class due to emergency or sickness.
