NOTE: We do not pro-rate tuition for enrollments after classes begin since students will have access to all class recordings and material.
Tuition Discounts
Receive a 10% discount if you enroll for 2 or more courses in the same purchase by August 31, 2022. Discount will be applied automatically during the checkout process and cannot be combined with other discounts. The following examples would qualify for the discount:
- Two different courses (e.g. Physics and Math)
- Two siblings enrolling for Academy courses
- One course in the Fall semester and one course in the Spring semester
Course Tuition Policy
Tuition must be paid in full to attend classes. We do not prorate tuition for students who sign up late. We do not offer trial classes nor will we allow a student to attend and pay for specific dates of a course.
Refund Policy
A request to cancel enrollment in an AwesomeMath Academy course should be sent to alina@awesomemath.org. A refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the request to withdrawal. If the refund request is received more than one week before the start of the first class the refund amount is the tuition paid less a 5% administrative fee and any discounts received. If the refund request is received less than a week before the start of the course, the refund amount will depend on when the request is received, and according to the table below:

NOTE: The refund amounts per the table above are calculated based on the full price of tuition. Actual amounts refunded will reflect any discounts applied.
We do not offer credit toward future semesters if a student is unable to complete the duration of their online course.
