Help! I’ve submitted my recommendation letters and/or test solutions but my student dashboard still has an X next to these requirements?
Submission of recommendation letters and your test solutions will be processed in the order they are received. Please allow adequate time (up to 4 business days) for us to review and process your submissions before the status on your dashboard is updated. We will also email you once your application is complete and under review. For questions about the status of your application, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if I submit the test on time, but the rest of the application is received in the office after the application deadline?
We will accept and grade your test submission, however, your application will not be reviewed by the Admissions Committee until it is complete, meaning until all required items (as outlined on steps to apply) are submitted and received by our office. If you do not submit all the required items by the early application deadline, then your application will be moved to the regular period and be considered as if it was received during regular registration (no early discount will be applied). If the same situation occurs during regular application, the entire application will be considered for late submission and late tuition charges will apply.
What happens if I submit all required parts of the application by the deadline but not the test?
Your application will not be reviewed by the Admissions Committee until it is complete, meaning until all required items (as outlined on steps to apply) are submitted and received by our office. In this example, we will consider your application for admission only after you submit the admission test. Admissions tests should not be submitted after the stated deadline. In other words, Test A should not be submitted past the early application deadline. You should submit Test B instead. Test B should not be submitted after the regular application deadline. You should submit Test C instead, which should be received in the office by the late application deadline.
If I am declined during the early or regular application periods can I submit solutions to Test B or Test C?
Yes. You are still eligible to submit solutions for the next admission tests and be considered for the admission to the camp.
Can I switch camp locations after I submit my application, but before an admission decision is made?
Yes. Location request changes can be made online as long as the status of your application is still “In Process”. Log in to your student dashboard to access your online application and update your desired camp location(s). Once your application status changes to “Under Review”, you will need to send an email to email@example.com to request a location change.
Can I switch camp locations after I am accepted into the Summer Program?
Yes. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for all location change requests. The last day to switch this year is March 23, 2020. We need an accurate number of how many students will be attending each location before late registration begins on March 24, 2020.
