Traveling by Bus (Cornell Only)

Please read each step carefully before arriving to AwesomeMath Summer Camp. If, after reviewing the information below, you still have questions please contact admin@awesomemath.org

Step 1: Review arrival information, dates, and times

Our staff does not pick up or drop off students at Greyhound stations (or any other bus stations).  Parents will be responsible for arranging how their child will get from the bus station to campus.  Parents will also be responsible for arranging how their child will get from campus to the bus station on departure day.
Cornell’s Campus-to-Campus Bus Service

For convenient transportation from New York City to Ithaca, families have the option to use this bus service. Students should choose the North Campus Bus Stop on Jessup Road.  This bus top is across the street from the Robert Purcell Community Center which is where students will check in/check out for camp.  Please refer to Cornell’s Campus-to-Campus website for more information and for reservations. Phone Number: 607-254-8747
Very Important: During the summer, this bus service is highly inconsistent and the buses do not stop at all regularly scheduled locations on the route, leaving students and staff scrambling for other options. Please understand that AwesomeMath is not responsible for making alternative arrangements for students who will not be able to depart at their designated time. Parents should be in constant contact with their kids to make sure they board the bus (and possibly to make alternative travel arrangements, if necessary).
